PMC Students Can Get Discounted Tickets to Nostrana’s Bruce Aidell’s Dinner!

Nostrana celebrates their 7th anniversary on October 15th (this Monday!) with Bruce Aidells, who just came out with his new cookbook “The Great Meat Cookbook.” Nostrana is offering PMC students a discounted ticket price of $75 (regular price $125). Price includes dinner, wine pairings, and a signed copy of Aidell’s book. Hope to see you there!

The menu will go something like this:

Grilled scallions wrapped in pork belly
Smooth lamb liver pate with vin santo on sesame crackers
Fabio’s creamy creamless mushroom soup

Veal shank ravioli with brown butter and sage
Jacque Pepin’s escarole salad
Florentine lamb pot roast with black olives, tomato and rosemary creamy polenta, braised fall greens
Red kuri squash pie with chantilly cream
