In light of the unfolding pandemic, we have canceled all of our spring classes and we have not yet scheduled classes for the summer or fall. We cannot, at this time, predict when it will be safe to hold classes again. We are awaiting instructions from our federal, state, and local officials, and plan to follow all guidelines and rules, as they are set forth, regarding gatherings of people, business re-openings, etc. In the meantime, if you are looking to source local, responsibly-raised meat, we highly recommend you join our Good Meat Project Switchboard. We also recommend that you join our email list so that you can receive updates on new classes once we are able to hold them. You can do that on our website.
